Our Story
Royiesa Williams started working with pet since high school. Royiesa has own many farm animals as well as dogs and cats. In 2012 she started working in a dog grooming salon as a bather and later on became a dog groomer. Royiesa has worked in several different grooming salons. Over the years of watching many dogs were dropped off nervous, scared and pet parents didn't fully understand why their dog wasn't cooperating for the grooming process, she then noticed a flaw in the system. There was a lack of connection and patience. In 2017 Royiesa started Perfectly Pawlished to work closely with pet parents and their fur babies. At the beginning of launching Perfectly Pawlished we notice a large amount of pet parents sharing their stories of why they prefer using house call grooming style. This way of grooming made it very transparent for both pet parent and dogs to be able to understand and begin to love the process. Following after the Covid-19 pandemic we notice a huge spike in house call grooming now that many pet parents are working from home and children on doing distant learning. Today we are able to help many more pet parents who aren't able to leave home as freely as before. We're excited about where the future will take us!
What is Housecall Grooming?
We set up in your home, where your pup can be comfortable and relaxed in their own environment. House call grooming is self sufficient. We bring everything that is needed, from towels to table, to provide your four legged family member the best spa experience possible. The only thing a pet parent would need to provide is a location to bath their pet, as well as a location in the home to set up equipment near an outlet.
Benefits of Housecall Grooming
House call grooming is an individualized, start to finish service. We are there for your pup, and your pup only. Owners are welcome to participate as much or as little as they wish. Owners can ask as many questions as they please throughout the process.
There are no closed doors, no cages, no mysterious back of the grooming salon, no waiting, and no stress.
Once your pup is groomed, everything will be cleaned up, so there won’t even be a mess left.
