Care was always the calling.

Growing up around farm animals, dogs and cats, Royiesa developed a natural instinct for patient, attentive care. She entered the grooming industry in 2012 as a bather, then trained to become a professional groomer.

Inside traditional salons, she noticed the same pattern again and again: dogs arriving anxious, owners feeling unsure, and the busiest environment getting in the way of the personal connection both needed.

In 2017, she created Perfectly Pawlished around a different idea—bring the professional grooming experience into the pet's own home, where calm, transparency and trust can lead the visit.
